Workshop 2 : LEAD & FOLLOW LIKE A CHAMPION

AMERICAN RUMBA, SMOOTH WALTZ & SMOOTH FOXTROT
Feel awkward in social dancing? Not sure how to lead or follow clearly? This workshop will teach you how to communicate through movement so dancing feels natural and effortless.
You'll practice:
• Latin: Cross body lead, crossovers, underarm turns
• Smooth: Dance positions (closed, open, promenade, shadow)
• Pendulum vs. metronome movement
• Foxtrot - Zigzag, Shadow Right Turn
• Waltz figures: Twinkle (Bronze & Silver)
